Recorded at Custom Lane in Leith in the run up to the Architecture Fringe 2018 I shot the breeze with Morvern Cunningham, director of Leith Late festival. A wide ranging chat, we touched on self-initiating festivals, European creative connections, community empowerment, the planning system and land reform here in Scotland and in Venice, Italy.
